La société Semio/Ulule recherche un(e) stagiaire web python dans le cadre du développement des ses activités.
Vous serez amené(e) à développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités directement avec le responsable technique sur www.ulule.com, le site qui donne vie aux bonnes idées !
Ulule.com est développé en Django, un framework web écrit en Python.
Vous ne connaissez pas Python ? Vous êtes lassé des langages traditionnels ? De bonnes bases en programmation objet ou la connaissance d’un autre framework vous permettront de monter très vite en puissance sur Python/Django.
Nous sommes dans le 20ème arrondissement à Paris (m° Jourdain). Un bel espace, une belle équipe, des idées plein la tête.

Description du candidat
Vous êtes rigoureux(se) : optimisation de code, tests unitaires, objectifs de temps de chargement (côté serveur et client) et montées en charge font partis de vos préoccupations quotidiennes
Vous faites de la veille sur les nouvelles technologies (temps réel) et vous êtes force de proposition
- Vous aimez le code bien fait, les jolies interfaces, les acronymes chantants (API, SEO, UI, UX, RDF, DRY, SMO...) et vous vous intéressez aux nouvelles technologies front-end telles que :Compass, SASS, Backbone.js
- Vous aimez assembler des briques logiciels et ne plus réinventer la roue
- Vous aimez participer à des projets open-source et redistribuer votre code
- Vous aimez travailler avec GitHub et connaissez Git sous le bout des doigts

Lead Designer

Semio is looking for a Web / UI Designer with solid skills in graphic design and an excellent eye for clean layout, purposeful color and refined style. The position is for a full time job in Paris.
Semio (the main company) works on two type of projects / products :
- Botify (no website yet), a supa-powerful analytics tool turning "logs" data (crawl analysis) into SEO candy
- Ulule.com, largest crowdfunding platform in Europe.
Yes, you are right : two very diffrents projects, with two different teams (10 happy Semio-Ululers all together right now). We are quite convinced that our Product Designer will have the skills and passion to work on both projects. You'll work directly with the co-founder/CEO to decide where to take the products next, plan out different features, rapidly iterate through wireframes to find the right user flow and then polish the experience with a beautiful interface.

- Releasing early and often, using metrics and qualitative methods to understand how it's actually being used, then rapidly refining and improving the flows
